HVAC Product Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an HVAC Product Specialist to help test and improve an AI-powered platform built for HVAC professionals. This role is ideal for someone with HVAC experience who is interested in technology and wants to move into a more office-based, technology-focused career.

You do not need project management experience. Former HVAC technicians, trade school graduates, apprentices, and individuals with prior HVAC experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Test software products and features from an HVAC user's perspective.
• Provide feedback on functionality, usability, and workflow.
• Validate HVAC terminology, technical content, and troubleshooting information.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve the platform.
• Help identify real-world HVAC use cases and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HVAC industry experience, training, or education.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and field operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, software applications, and digital tools.
• Interest in technology and innovation.

Nice to Have

• HVAC certification, trade school, or apprenticeship experience.
• Previous experience as an HVAC technician, installer, or service technician.
• Experience using mobile apps or software in a work environment.
