IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer / Network Administrator

We are looking for a reliable IT Support Engineer / Network Administrator to maintain our IT systems, provide technical support, and ensure smooth network operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, and printers
• Manage users and permissions in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), and Azure
• Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN networks
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Perform system updates, backups, and security checks

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in IT or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Office 365, Azure
• Experience with Windows Server and network troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license
