We're looking for an experienced Model Management & Credit Risk Analytics professional to play a key role in developing, governing, and enhancing high-impact credit risk and scoring models used across the UAE financial services sector.

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of experience within Model Management or Credit Risk Analytics.

• Hands-on expertise with Python, R, SAS, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
• Knowledge of model governance, model risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience applying statistical modelling, machine learning, and advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and translate analytics into business value.
• Experience within financial services / banking environments is highly desirable.
