<div>The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while serving as the first point of contact for hotel guests. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience by assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, inquiries, and requests in a professional and friendly manner. 
Working the morning shift (7:00 AM &ndash; 3:00 PM), the Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring smooth daily hotel operations, responding to guest needs, handling payment transactions, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate guest records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. 
The ideal candidate is dependable, guest-focused, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for travelers. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude. 
Compensation:
$16 - $17 hourly 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay.</li><li>
Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.</li><li>
Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.</li><li>
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.</li><li>
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily balancing procedures.</li><li>
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.</li><li>
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data confidentiality.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.</li><li>
Assist with daily operational tasks and administrative duties as assigned.</li><li>
Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li></ul> 
Schedule:
Morning shift (7:00 AM &ndash; 3:00 PM). Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require. 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel front desk, retail, or related experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel property management systems.</li><li>
Experience handling cash, credit card transactions, and basic accounting procedures preferred.</li><li>

Hotel Front Desk Agent - AM

<div>The PM Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking quality bar and lounge menu items while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. This position supports the evening food service operation by delivering consistent, fresh, and timely menu offerings that enhance the guest experience.
Daily responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items such as burgers, chicken wings, flatbreads, appetizers, sandwiches, and other bar bites. 
 
The PM Line Cook is responsible for setting up and stocking stations, preparing ingredients, monitoring food quality, and ensuring all orders are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards. 
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This individual takes pride in food quality, maintains a clean work area, and contributes to a positive team atmosphere while delivering excellent service to hotel guests. 
Compensation:
$16 - $17 hourly 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.</li><li>
Maintain food quality, consistency, and speed of service during peak periods.</li><li>
Set up, stock, and break down kitchen stations before and after service.</li><li>
Monitor food inventory levels and communicate product needs to management.</li><li>
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.</li><li>
Properly label, store, and rotate food products.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.</li><li>
Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory as needed.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with hotel and bar staff to provide an exceptional guest experience.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>
Previous experience as a line cook, grill cook, prep cook, or in a similar food service position preferred.</li><li>
Experience preparing burgers, wings, sandwiches, appetizers, or other casual dining menu items is a plus.</li><li>
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>
Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens, and food preparation tools.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>

Hotel Cook - PM

<div>The AM Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast and grab-and-go menu items while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. This position plays a key role in delivering a positive guest experience by ensuring breakfast offerings are fresh, well-presented, and served efficiently. 
Daily responsibilities include preparing items such as eggs, sausage, egg &amp; cheese biscuits, chorizo breakfast wraps, breakfast sandwiches, coffee beverages, cold brew, and other morning menu selections. The AM Line Cook is responsible for setting up and stocking workstations, monitoring food quality and inventory levels, following recipes and portion controls, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. 
The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a fast-paced setting, has strong attention to detail, and demonstrates a commitment to food quality and guest satisfaction. Previous cooking or breakfast service experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. 
Compensation:
$16 - $17 hourly
