经营分析经理 Business Analysis Manager

（一）岗位职责：

1. 负责集团公司经营分析以及管理，项目投资IRR测算等经营分析的管理工作；

2. 负责集团公司整体的战略规划报告计划报告、经营分析数据整理；

3. 负责推进、监督各经营责任单位预算目标的执行，并进行分析；

4. 负责经营中各项专项的分析工作。

（二）任职要求：

1. 具备四大会计师事务所相关工作履历，接受过专业的财务能力锻炼；

2. 3年以上经营分析相关工作经验，熟练使用数据分析工具，能够通过经营指标分析独立撰写相关报告；

3. 接受全球化工作模式，能够接受出国海外工作环境，接受在海外常驻；

4. 本科及以上学历；

5. 英语流利，可作为工作语言进行专业沟通。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the Group's business analysis and management, including IRR calculations for project investments and other business analysis tasks.
2. Oversee the preparation of strategic planning reports, operational reports, and the consolidation of business analysis data for the Group.
3. Monitor and supervise the execution of budget targets by various business units, and conduct performance analysis.
4. Conduct specialized analysis on key business operations as required.

Qualifications:

1. Prior work experience in one of the Big Four accounting firms, with professional financial training.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant business analysis experience, proficient in data analysis tools, and capable of independently drafting reports based on business indicator analysis.
3. Willingness to adapt to a global work model, including overseas assignments and long-term international relocation.
4. Bachelor's degree or higher.
5. Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language for professional communication.
