Overview

Our client, a global law firm, has an exceptional opportunity for a senior transactional oil & gas lawyer to join their top tier Abu Dhabi based team. You will be working with two Chambers rated partners advising the oil & gas, energy and resources sector.

Responsibilities

• Involved in a broad range of corporate energy matters including advising on M&A, disposals, private equity investment and joint ventures.
• Advising clients that include governments and oil & gas companies.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience working at an international law firm as a projects or oil & gas / energy lawyer.
• Keen to develop a long term career in the Middle East.
• Excellent academics.
