2D Character Artist

Key Responsibilities

-Develop original character designs based on project briefs

-Produce detailed model sheets showcasing characters from multiple angles, expressions and poses to guide animators and maintain consistency throughout the production.

-Refine rough sketches into clean, polished line art suitable for animation, ensuring clarity and precision in every frame.

-Prepare characters for rigging by designing them with appropriate articulation points and considering movement dynamics.

-Work closely with animators and other team members to ensure seamless integration of characters into the animation pipeline.

-Ensure all character designs adhere to the established visual style and quality standards of the project

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Minimum of 3 years & maximum 6 years of experience in 2D character design

-Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

-Strong understanding of anatomy, proportions, and color theory with the ability to adapt to various artistic styles.

-Create consistent and high-quality character designs that align with the project

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
