360° Digital Marketing Executive

About Us

Star Gallery Mart is one of the UAE’s fast-growing retail and e-commerce companies, specializing in electronics, mobile accessories, home appliances, and trending seasonal products. Our mobile application, Star Gallery Mart, is available on both Android and iOS, and we actively sell through our website and social media platforms.

We are looking for a 360° Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and manage complete digital marketing campaigns to grow our brand, increase real followers, and drive online and in-store sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Advertising

• Plan and manage paid and organic campaigns across:

YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Email Marketing, and WhatsApp Marketing

• Create and run advertisements in both English and Arabic
• Track performance, ROI, and engagement for all campaigns
• Improve app downloads and website traffic for Star Gallery Mart

Influencer Marketing

• Search, evaluate, and contact relevant influencers across social platforms
• Negotiate professional collaboration deals and pricing
• Ensure influencers focus on real follower growth, genuine engagement, and brand visibility
• Manage influencer campaigns from planning to final content delivery

Seasonal & Campaign Planning

• Prepare marketing strategies for seasonal offers and campaigns such as:
• Ramadan Promotions
• Eid Offers
• Special Sales & Product Launches
• Identify trending and high-demand products for each season and align marketing content accordingly

Creative & Team Coordination

• Work closely with graphic designers to create:
• Website banners
• Social media creatives
• Promotional posters
• Coordinate with videographers for product videos, influencer content, and ad creatives
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements

• Strong experience in digital marketing and social media advertising
• Ability to create marketing content and ads in English and Arabic
• Proven knowledge of influencer marketing and negotiations
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and mobile app promotion
• Creative mindset with strong planning and communication skills
