Social Media Marketing & E-commerce Executive

OUD KHALEEJI is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing & E-commerce Executive to manage our online platforms and strengthen our brand presence across local and global markets. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury branding, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing

• Manage and grow OUD KHALEEJI’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with luxury perfume branding
• Plan and execute digital campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
• Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries professionally
• Monitor engagement, reach, and sales performance and prepare basic reports

E-commerce Management

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Noon, brand website, etc.)
• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, offers, and stock updates
• Handle online orders, returns, and customer coordination
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and courier partners
• Track daily sales performance and inventory levels

Requirements

• Experience in social media marketing and/or e-commerce handling
• Interest or background in perfume, beauty, luxury, or FMCG brands preferred
• Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads is an advantage
• Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Organized, creative, and able to work independently
