Job Title: 3D & 2D Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 2D drawings and 3D models for interior fitout projects using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.

Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details for client approvals and project execution.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.

Create realistic renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for client proposals.

Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

Assist in material selection, finishes, and furniture layout planning.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure all drawings comply with industry standards.
