3D Designer- Architect

Next Engineering Consultants is seeking a highly skilled 3D Designer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join the team at the Dubai Main Office. The ideal candidate will have strong visualization expertise, excellent creative skills, and proven experience in delivering high-quality 3D presentations for architectural and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations.

· Translate architectural drawings and design concepts into accurate 3D visualizations.

· Produce realistic exterior and interior renderings.

· Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy.

· Revise and enhance visual outputs based on project requirements and feedback.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Design.

· 6–8 years of relevant experience in 3D visualization within engineering consultancy firms.

· Strong proficiency in 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, V-Ray, etc.).

· Strong understanding of architectural drawings and detailing.

· Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
