3D Designer Architect

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Designer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in 3D visualization, architectural design, and rendering, with the ability to convert concepts into high-quality visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 3D designs, renderings, and walkthroughs for architectural projects
• Develop detailed layouts, floor plans, and design concepts
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to meet client requirements
• Revise designs based on feedback and authority requirements
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of work
• Supervise day-to-day site activities
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience as a 3D Designer / Architect
• Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar
• Strong creative and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Arabic language is a plus point
• Work on residential and commercial buildings
• Prepare steel quantity and concrete quantity for boq preparation

Assist in quantity surveying and detailing
