Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile 3D Generalist to handle multiple aspects of CGI production — from modeling and lighting to animation and rendering — ensuring seamless output quality across projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end 3D tasks: modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering.
• Collaborate with creative leads and animators for visual consistency.
• Develop efficient scenes optimized for production timelines.
• Implement creative feedback and maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with new workflows and AI integrations in 3D production.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a 3D Generalist in a studio environment.
• Strong knowledge of Blender and CGI production pipeline.
• Understanding of lighting, shading, and composition.
• Ability to multitask and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Portfolio showing diverse 3D work is required.
