Job Summary:

The 3D Visualizer – Interiors is responsible for creating realistic and detailed 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior design projects. This role requires a strong sense of design aesthetics, attention to detail, and proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software. The visualizer will work closely with interior designers, draftsmen, and project teams to bring design concepts to life through accurate and appealing visual representations that reflect Fincera’s design standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 3D Modeling & Visualization

• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.
• Translate 2D drawings, sketches, and design briefs into photorealistic 3D visualizations.
• Develop detailed interior scenes including lighting, materials, furniture, and textures to accurately depict design intent.
• Produce rendered images for presentations, marketing materials, and client approvals.
• Create walkthrough animations or 360° views when required.

2. Coordination & Design Support

• Collaborate closely with interior designers and draftsmen to ensure visual accuracy and alignment with project concepts.
• Assist in exploring multiple design options and visual variations for client presentations.
• Coordinate with the production and site teams to ensure that visualized designs are practical and implementable.
• Update visualizations to reflect design modifications or material changes.

3. Technical Accuracy & Detailing

• Ensure all visual elements, proportions, and scales accurately match technical drawings.
• Apply realistic lighting setups to enhance visualization quality.
• Maintain a consistent design language and visual identity across all render outputs.
• Ensure textures and finishes used in visuals match actual materials specified for the project.

4. File Management & Documentation

• Maintain organized folders for 3D models, render files, and material libraries.
• Archive completed projects for future reference and reuse.
• Ensure timely submission of visual outputs according to project schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in an interior design or architectural firm.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Lumion/D5 (knowledge of D5 is a plus).
• Strong sense of color, texture, lighting, and spatial composition.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings, layouts, and site execution.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
