Industrial Logistics Specialist

Industrial Companies only are accepted for this role Logistics Specialist  Locates in Alexandria Egypt. With Solid background with NAFEZA & GAFI (PRIVATE FREEZONE REGULATIONS ).

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and oversee the transportation of goods, both inbound and outbound, via various modes including land, sea, and air according to the local private zone regulation and conformities. 
• Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates to relevant parties and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
• Coordinate with warehouses and distribution centers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.

1. Documentation & Compliance:
   • Dealing with NAFEZA procedures 100% with capability of handling the full cycle duties from A-Z.
   • Stay informed about changes in customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements in Egypt and other relevant countries.
   • Good Command with GAFI ( FREE PRIVATE ZONE LAWS)  متابعه و تخصيم  ارصده و عمل امر شغل
   • Manage & Preparing the Bills, reviewing with the Accountant department 
   • Prepare, review, and manage all necessary logistics documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
   • Ensure all shipping and customs documentation is accurate and compliant with national and international trade regulations.

Qualifications:
 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
   
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 -7  years of experience in logistics(FREE-ZONE  GAFI EXPERTISE),
  • Proven experience with international shipping (import/export) and customs procedures in Egypt is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English with High Communicational skills
