AC Duct Fabricator

The candidate is responsible for measuring, fabricating, modifying, and installing HVAC ductwork within existing residential structures. This role requires precision, adaptability, and the ability to work in finished or semi‑finished homes without disrupting the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site measurements in villas to determine duct routing within existing ceilings, walls, and service areas.
• Fabricate GI/PI ductwork, flexible ducts, and fittings according to renovation drawings and site conditions.
• Modify existing duct systems to improve airflow, accommodate new AC units, or match updated interior layouts.
• Install ducts in confined or finished spaces while minimizing damage to existing structures.
• Coordinate with renovation teams (civil, electrical, interior design) to ensure ductwork aligns with false ceilings, lighting layouts, and architectural finishes.
• Seal, insulate, and support ductwork to meet residential HVAC standards.
• Troubleshoot issues such as low airflow, duct leakage, or space constraints.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and villa renovation guidelines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area inside the property.
• Communicate progress and challenges to supervisors and site engineers.

Qualifications

• Technical/vocational certification in HVAC or sheet‑metal fabrication.
• 2–5 years of experience in duct fabrication, preferably in residential or villa projects.
• Knowledge of SMACNA or equivalent ducting standards (advantage).
• Safety training certifications preferred
