AC Foreman

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and reliable AC Foreman / HVAC Foreman to supervise and coordinate air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair works at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, leadership skills, and the ability to manage technicians and site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HVAC/AC installation and maintenance activities.
• Lead and coordinate a team of AC technicians and helpers.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and project plans.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and project requirements.
• Monitor material usage and report site requirements.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical support to the team.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely completion of work within project deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections on completed work.
• Maintain proper documentation and site reports.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience as an AC Foreman .
• Must be currently available inside the UAE.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water systems, split units, package units, and VRF systems.
• Ability to manage manpower and site operations independently.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and HVAC standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
