A/C Technician

The AC technician is in charge of carrying out planned preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for all centralized air conditioning systems, including heat pumps, package units, split air conditioners, FCUs, VRV, and VAV systems. the job makes sure that all maintenance work conforms with technical specifications and contractual obligations.

Tasks and Accountabilities: • Carry out planned preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on system components such as split air conditioners, AHUs, Package Units, FCUs, VRVs, and Central Plants.

• Take care of the repair, maintenance, and installation of pumps, motors, pipe connections, and HVAC equipment.
• Keep an eye on system functions, spot errors, and notify managers right away of problems.
• Verify that safety regulations, refrigeration concepts, and HVAC control procedures are being followed.
• Effectively use and maintain diagnostic and HVAC tools.

Use your foundational understanding of electrical principles to HVAC systems.

• Work autonomously, communicate openly, and keep a proactive, team-focused mindset.
• As needed, help with extra tasks and adhere to preventive maintenance programs.

Experience and Skills:

• Diploma or ITI Technical Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in facilities management or maintenance of high-rise buildings, villa complexes, commercial buildings or hotels.
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to read and write in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
