A/C Technician

Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable A/C Technician cum Helper to assist in the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems. The role involves supporting senior technicians while also handling basic technical tasks independently when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, servicing, and repair of air conditioners (split, window, and central units)
• Help senior technicians with troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, coils, and outdoor units
• Carry tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
• Check refrigerant levels and assist in gas charging under supervision
• Identify and report faults or damaged parts
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools
• Support loading/unloading of equipment and spare parts

Requirements & Skills

• Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and work under supervision
• Physical ability to handle tools and equipment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Punctual, hardworking, and responsible
• Prior experience in A/C or HVAC work is an advantage but not mandatory

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
