AC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our Engineering team at Royal Saray Resort Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems and associated equipment throughout the resort, ensuring optimal performance and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance checks and servicing of all HVAC systems, including split units, VRF systems, chillers, and air handling units.
• Troubleshoot and repair AC systems and associated electrical and mechanical components.
• Diagnose malfunctions, identify causes, and perform necessary adjustments or replacements.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
• Maintain logs of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors or contractors when necessary.
• Assist in energy-saving initiatives and ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC or refrigeration systems.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a hotel, resort, or similar facility.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, electrical wiring, and refrigeration cycles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies when required.
