A/C Technician

· Responsible for diagnosing causes of problems or failures in heating/air conditioning systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and systems repair or replacement needs.

· Responsible for inspecting HVAC systems and their components (e.g. Air-conditioning units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs.

· Responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems.

· Responsible for preparation of daily reports on the tasks performed.

· Responsible for informing superiors for spare parts requirement and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary repair.

· Responsible for taking appropriate action and complying with building and safety regulations.

· Responsible for coordinating with contractors are major issues.

• To inform the superiors in case of any emergency.
• Ensure the cleanliness in the workplace after completion of the maintenance works.
• Responsible for office building maintenance and repairs.
• Assists Mechanical Engineers as and when required.
