ACA Sales Agent – U.S. Healthcare Market

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and results-driven ACA Sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will assist U.S. consumers in understanding and enrolling in Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance plans, offering compliant and accurate plan guidance. Candidates must have strong communication skills and prior experience working on ACA, Medicare, or health insurance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. consumers for ACA health plan enrollment.
• Educate prospects on ACA benefits, eligibility, subsidies, and $0 premium plans (where applicable).
• Qualify leads using established criteria and identify the best plan options based on customer needs.
• Accurately complete applications, verifications, and enrollment processes.
• Maintain call quality, compliance, and professional conduct at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. health insurance marketplaces.
• Knowledge of EDE platforms, subsidy calculations, and verification processes.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain consistent performance.
