Medicare Sales Agent – U.S. Healthcare Market

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Medicare Sales Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist U.S. seniors in understanding and enrolling in suitable Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D Prescription Drug Plans. Candidates must have strong communication skills, deep product knowledge, and previous Medicare enrollment experience.

Required Qualifications

• Medicare sales experience is mandatory (AEP, OEP, SEP).
• Strong English-speaking and listening skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and PDP plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. call center Medicare campaigns.
• Familiarity with EDE platforms, SOA procedures, and verification steps.
• Ability to work efficiently during AEP/OEP peaks.
