Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary Range: Rs. 30,000 – 40,000 (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Academic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage academic operations, coordinate between students and instructors, and ensure the smooth execution of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily academic activities and class schedules.

Maintain student records, attendance, and course documentation.

Communicate with instructors regarding class plans, schedules, and updates.

Resolve academic or administrative issues of students and trainers promptly.

Assist in course planning, evaluations, and performance reports.

Ensure smooth coordination between departments for academic operations.

Support in organizing training sessions, exams, and certifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in academic coordination or administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

Ability to handle student and instructor concerns professionally.
