Academic Coordinator - Primary

Job Summary:

The Academic Coordinator for Primary Classes will be responsible for implementing educational content aligned with national curriculum standards. This role involves collaborating with subject experts, editors, and trainers to ensure high-quality learning materials and academic programs are delivered to schools and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development & Planning

Design and review curriculum for primary classes (Grades 1–5).

Align learning objectives with national curriculum standards and publisher guidelines.

2. Teacher Training & Support

Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers and school coordinators.

Provide academic support to schools using Kifayat Publishers textbooks and resources.

3. Quality Assurance

Maintain quality and consistency in instructional content across all subjects and grades.

4. School Coordination

Communicate with schools regarding curriculum updates, orientation programs, and academic support.

Gather feedback from schools and incorporate improvements into academic content.

5. Market Research

Stay updated with curriculum trends and competitor analysis.

Suggest improvements and innovations based on school needs and market demands.

6. Material Development:

Collaborate with the publishing and design teams to develop teaching guides, assessment tools, and supplementary materials.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.

5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in academic organization.

Strong knowledge of primary school curriculum.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
