Academic Manager

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle and resolve client escalations promptly, ensuring appropriate and satisfactory solutions are provided.

● Ensure timely renewal of all partner schools assigned under the respective Training Managers (TMs).

● Conduct parent engagement initiatives to increase awareness and understanding of the Kreedo curriculum.

● Visit assigned schools periodically to review and report on the overall progress of children, teachers, and school implementation to the school management.

● Review and approve monthly reports prepared by TM's before they are shared with school management.
