Job Summary

As the Academic Manager at Skillston Institute, you will lead and oversee the academic operations across all campuses. This role involves managing curriculum design, faculty training, student assessment, and quality assurance to ensure that Skillston maintains its reputation as a leading provider of vocational and professional education. You will also serve as the International Program Coordinator, driving the implementation and growth of Skillston’s global academic offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Design & Management

  • Develop, implement, and continuously update comprehensive curricula for Skillston’s certificates and diploma programs.
  • Ensure alignment with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with trainers and subject experts to create and refine learning materials, activities, and assessments.

International Program Coordination

  • Lead initiatives to promote and manage international academic programs.
  • Serve as the main contact for inquiries, admissions, and operations of international courses.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and smooth delivery of programs.

Faculty Development & Support

  • Conduct regular training sessions for faculty on course content, teaching methodologies, and assessment tools.
  • Design professional development workshops to enhance teaching quality and industry relevance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing among faculty members.

Student Assessment & Evaluation

  • Oversee the design, review, and approval process of all examination papers (monthly, quarterly, and final).
  • Ensure timely execution of assessments across campuses as per schedule.
  • Maintain centralized exam records and prepare final result sheets for Director Academics’ approval.
  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure fair, transparent, and effective evaluation processes.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct classroom observations and prepare weekly academic performance reports for all campuses.
  • Regularly analyze student feedback and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Introduce data-driven methods to improve teaching effectiveness, curriculum delivery, and student satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in academic management or curriculum leadership.

This position requires a proactive and visionary leader who can balance curriculum development, faculty capacity building, student success, and international program growth, ensuring Skillston remains at the forefront of vocational and professional education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
