  • Onboard companies & recruiters & manage their hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate with learners & match their profiles with the hiring manager for screening
  • Arrange interview preparation & CV reformatting with in-house mentor
  • Arrange interviews with the recruiters & complete the hiring process with required documents.
  
  Requirements :
  
  

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Management, HR, or related field).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and coordination abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.

• Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn recruitment and placement operations.
