ACCA Accountant Required - Remote Position

Job Title: Accounts Executive (UK Practice) Location: Remote (Initially) – Transitioning to On-site (Lahore) Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year with a UK-based Firm

About the Role: We are a growing UK-based accountancy practice seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team. This is currently a remote position; however, the successful candidate must be willing to transition to an on-site role in Lahore as operations expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Year-End Compliance: Preparation of working papers, statutory accounts, and document filing for UK SMEs.
• Taxation: Preparation and submission of UK Corporation Tax and Personal Tax returns.
• Bookkeeping: Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero and QuickBooks.
• Reporting: Preparation of VAT returns, management accounts, and financial reports.
• Communication: Liaising directly with international clients and regulatory authorities via phone and email.

Requirements:

• Experience: You must have at least 1 year of proven experience working specifically within a UK-based accountancy firm.
• Autonomy: Ability to perform the tasks listed above with minimal supervision.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills are mandatory for client management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
