ACCA Trainee

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly management reports in compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Perform bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and accounts analysis.

Participate in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries. Assist with tax and regulatory filings in accordance with local laws and central bank requirements.

Help monitor branch-level financial data to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accountability.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts and support decision-making.

Continuously update knowledge of microfinance operations, financial regulations, and banking systems.
