About the role:

To supervise all Regional employees’ accommodations to ensure that the highest standards of hygiene, safety and comfort are maintained.

Responsibility:

• Ensure the cleanliness and proper housekeeping of all villas.
• Conduct regular inspections across all company accommodations to verify compliance with in-house rules and company standards, and take appropriate action against violations.
• Monitor the consumption and maintain oversight of utilities, drinking water, and other accommodation-related consumables.
• Uphold and maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Ensure all assets—such as utility items, electronic devices, uniforms, safety shoes, bed linens, etc.—are properly received and distributed to villa occupants in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in repair and maintenance activities.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in facilities management, including oversight of accommodation services.
• Educational qualification in engineering, preferably holding a bachelor’s degree.
