Job Title: Accounts & Administration Executive
Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

Accounts:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and expense management.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

Administration:

  • Oversee end-to-end office administration including procurement, vendor management, and asset management.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR-related documentation.
  • Organize company events, travel arrangements, and office activities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations and facilities.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees for administrative requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in Accounts & Administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
