Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST (must be able to work during EST hours)

Columbus, Ohio (remote)

6 month contract; possible temp to hire

What You’ll Do:

• Handle an average of 15 - 40 inbound calls per day from pharmacies and internal Sales partners
• Demonstrate foundational knowledge across all care solutions
• Conduct customer outreach via email, phone, live chat, and intake forms to resolve inquiries efficiently
• Manage and prioritize an active caseload of approximately 10–15 customer cases concurrently
• Serve as the primary care representative on conference calls with pharmacy chains and buying groups
• Engage with customers in a non-scripted environment, providing comprehensive support and solutions.
• Collaborate across departments by attending and contributing to cross-functional meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer-based systems
• Experience with managed care, reimbursement, and in-store pharmacy operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, accountability, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
• Maintains a professional, patient, and approachable demeanor when interacting with customers and partners
