Account Director – Enterprise Cloud Sales (North)

📍 Location: Delhi (5 days WFO)

💰 Budget: Up to 30 LPA + VP

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Director – Enterprise Sales to drive AWS cloud consulting services adoption in the North region. This role focuses on building strong C-level relationships, managing strategic accounts, and delivering business growth. You will work closely with leadership, AWS teams, ISVs, OEMs, and internal teams to execute enterprise sales strategies and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales growth and lead team development.
  • Build and execute business development strategy (short & long-term).
  • Own sales targets, profitability, and revenue growth for the Enterprise vertical.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.
  • Conduct enterprise-level AWS solution demos and presentations.
  • Collaborate with AWS, ISV/OEM partners, and marketing teams to extend reach.
  • Develop account-specific strategies, workshops, and engagement programs.
  • Perform market research, track buying behavior, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of proven enterprise sales experience in cloud computing / enterprise software .
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets in large enterprise accounts.
  • Mandatory: Direct sales, key account management, and cloud services experience (AWS preferred).
  • Experience in Govt./PSU sales is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) – precise, clear, and business-oriented.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Practical understanding of AWS, Azure, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS platforms.
