Account Executive

Job Purpose

Create long-term and trusting relationships with clients. Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing ones.


Roles and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide effective solutions.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Sales and Business Development support:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell company services to existing clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Project Management:

  • Manage and coordinate client projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project progress and report on key performance indicators.

Client Support:

  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on product usage and best practices.
  • Assist with client onboarding and activation processes.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.


Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience as an Account Executive/Client service role.
  • Previous Media Intelligence/PR agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (CRM, sales tools, etc.).
  • A strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • A results-oriented approach and a passion for sales.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
