Job Purpose
Create long-term and trusting relationships with clients. Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing ones.
Roles and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.

Understand client needs and requirements to provide effective solutions.

Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Sales and Business Development support:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

Upsell and cross-sell company services to existing clients.

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Project Management:

Manage and coordinate client projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project progress and report on key performance indicators.
Client Support:

Provide ongoing support and training to clients on product usage and best practices.

Assist with client onboarding and activation processes.

Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

1 to 2 years of proven experience as an Account Executive/Client service role.

Previous Media Intelligence/PR agency experience is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in relevant software applications (CRM, sales tools, etc.).

A strong understanding of the industry and market trends.

A results-oriented approach and a passion for sales.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
