What You’ll Do

You’ll be directly responsible for the success of our partners. This isn’t a support role—it’s a strategic one. You’ll lead with insight, move with urgency, and build lasting value. Specifically, you’ll: 

  • Lead partner onboarding, train teams, and ensure seamless product adoption. 
  • Guide partners to the right features that match their goals and challenges. 
  • Turn dashboards into decisions, owning monthly insight meetings and QBRs. 
  • Analyze platform data to surface opportunities, threats, and next moves. 
  • Produce insights for partner-facing reports, white papers, and content. 
  • Act as the voice of the partner, flagging trends, gaps, and product needs. 
  • Drive engagement, retention, and long-term value from day one. 


What It Takes

This role needs a sharp operator with the mind of an analyst and the heart of a partner. You’ll bring: 

  • 3+ years in eComm, analytics, market research, or SaaS account management. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field. 
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce dynamics and digital tools. 
  • Fluent English and confident client communication. 
  • Comfort with data turning charts into stories, insights into actions. 
  • Natural relationship builder, trusted, proactive, always one step ahead. 
  • Energized by fast-paced work, real ownership, and tight timelines. 
  • Deep curiosity for AI, automation, and decision science. 
  • Growth mindset: open to feedback, fast to evolve.
