The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the client servicing team by managing day-to-day communication with clients, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing and social media campaigns. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and project updates.
  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver campaign assets and reports on schedule.
  • Support the Account Manager in developing proposals, timelines, and client presentations.
  • Prepare and organize client briefs, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
  • Track performance metrics and assist in preparing campaign performance reports.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative and strategic ideas.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or digital media.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
