Our client is an innovative healthtech company building intelligent devices that help hospitals and care facilities run more efficiently through real-time monitoring and automation.


We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join their expanding team. As an experienced closer, you will own the full sales journey—from first conversation to closing. You thrive on understanding customer challenges, clearly communicating how our technologies solve pain, and consistently winning new business. This is a unique opportunity to solve a tangible, urgent problem using a solution clients love. Reporting directly to the business leadership team, this position offers strong opportunities for growth and ongoing professional development.


Responsibilities:


  • Close new clients by guiding prospects generated from trade shows and be the Marketing Team through the sales pipeline.
  • Actively drive upsells from existing clients through regular meetings.
  • Own customer relationships within your territory.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on or ahead of schedule.
  • Master our client’s sales process.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand client challenges and show how our solutions address those issues.
  • Develop long-standing, positive relationships with clients, acting as their go-to advisor.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and field reps to expand our client’s presence in your region.
  • Manage the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and interactions.
  • Calculate and communicate ROI for each client’s unique deployment.
  • Regularly report on pipeline progress, deals, and key activities to leadership.


Requirements:


  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role, ideally within the healthcare or facilities sector.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • A quantitative, process-based approach to sales
  • In office - Manhattan
