We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful delivery of products or services. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients and work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Achieve revenue and retention targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B/B2C environments (as applicable)
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong presentation skills
