This role sits at the intersection of two fast-moving forces:

WhoHire - a predictive hiring platform helping owners stop bleeding money on the wrong people - and the thinking behind Unrecruitable: How to Build a Team Your Competition Can't Beat or Steal, the recently released book that's reframing how serious operators think about hiring entirely.

You'll work closely with the team connected to Andy Elliott - one of the fastest-growing sales and leadership development companies in the country - and alongside Jonathan Whistman, bestselling author of The Sales Boss and one of the sharpest minds in sales team building.


This isn't a front-row seat. It's a behind-the-scenes seat - watching and participating in how a real business gets built at scale. The strategy sessions. The content. The events. The deals. Your Day as an Account Executive

You're in the Phoenix office. You're in the field mentally.

You start with inbound interest - warm conversations from owners who already feel the pain. You qualify fast. You don't waste demos on people who aren't ready to make a decision.

You run discovery like an advisor, not a pitchman. You ask the questions most reps won't:

  • What's turnover actually costing you this year?
  • Where are hires failing—and when?
  • What happens to revenue when a key role stays open for 60 days?
  • What's it worth to get this right the first time?


Then you demo the platform with one goal: decision clarity. Not features. A business case that makes the path forward obvious.

You'll generate roughly 20% of your own pipeline - phone, social, referrals, creative outbound. This isn't an order-taker role. You hunt when needed and you work warm leads like a pro.

Unrecruitable is your leverage. It's a live 2-day event held on a fixed schedule in Scottsdale. You book qualified owners. They experience the framework, the standard, the thinking - firsthand. You follow up with momentum and close while urgency is highest. This event isn't a nice-to-have. It's a core part of how deals get done.


What Winning Looks Like

  • Consistent closes at a $25K average deal size
  • 20%+ of your deals sourced through your own outbound
  • Qualified owners booked and converted through Unrecruitable events
  • Pipeline that's clean, honest, and moving—tracked in Close
  • Quota hit, then raised
