Duties

• Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calling and personalized communication to promote our products and services
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, data entry, and follow-up activities using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
• Provide top-tier customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience for every client
• Assist clients with account management, including processing transactions, cash handling, and resolving issues efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions that drive sales growth
• Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to represent the company professionally at all times

Skills

• Multilingual or bilingual abilities in English and other languages are highly desirable to connect with diverse clients
• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments with a focus on outbound calling and client engagement
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry accuracy
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly and confidently
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Experience in customer service roles involving phone etiquette, cash handling, typing, and problem resolution
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
