Account Executive - BFS

Job Description

Role:

• Manage and grow a $ 20 Mn+ portfolio across Commercial banking and Enterprise Technologies within a 100 Mn+ relationship for one of world’s largest Banks’.
• You will be based out of Pune, India.

Responsibilities:

• Managing five parameters for your portfolio- order booking, revenue, profit, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction
• Growing the portfolio
  • Order book growth- farming and hunting methods to preserve the base book of work and grow as well
  • Revenue-monetise the new order book and maximise revenue opportunities through delivery led sales.
  • Profit- keen eye on costs and opportunities to optimise
  • Customer satisfaction- Set up / tweak the governance as needed per client and participate in delivery governance, to ensure best in place CSAT’s.
  • Employee satisfaction- leverage delivery, HR and the talent around you to make the portfolio the most sought after to work in.
• Meeting clients across levels and nurturing Wipro’s brand
• Strong drive to get Wipro ahead of competition
• Strict adherence to Wipro’s ‘Hybrid Work Policy’; preferably work from client location for four days a week

Skills & Experience:

• At least 15 years of experience in large global system integrators and within that experience of managing $15 Mn + portfolios
• Strong Banking and Financial services domain expertise preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic organization with international teams

• Accountability for assigned portfolio which may include present complexities
