We’re Hiring: Female Accounts Officer – Quick book online

Do you have a sharp eye for numbers, a strong grip on global financial regulations, and hands-on experience with international vendors?

We're on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team. If you're a QuickBooks pro with knowledge of IFRS, international payment processing, and tax compliance for vendors in the UK, USA, and Europe, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in QuickBooks
• Handle payments, invoicing, and reconciliations for international vendors
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and country-specific tax regulations
• Coordinate with banks and vendors for smooth global transactions
• Prepare and file tax documents related to UK, USA, and EU-based partners
• Support month-end closings, audit prep, and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in international finance roles
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and understanding of IFRS
• Hands-on experience with international payment systems
• Familiarity with VAT, WHT, and tax compliance across UK/US/EU regions
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
