Account Executive Payable

Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking Profiles for "Accounts Executive Payable" based in Lahore having minimum 3 to 5 year of experience in same capacity (preferably from Real Estate Industry), (for more Company info, please visit our our website www.uniondevelopers.com)

Responsibilities

-Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc

– Handling day-to-day accounting

– Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments

– Handling all banking related works

– Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email

- Managing Vendor Payments, while working will full procurement cycle and Managing Store, inwards & outwards

– Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them

– Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities

– Handling petty cash

– Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

Desirable Requirements

• We are looking for someone with a positive mindset who believes in collaboration with excellent communication skills,
• M.Com / B.Com / Master's in accounting / Finance OR a member of any professional accounting body.
• Relevant experience in accounting and financial systems,
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office,
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills,
