Job Summary:

Prepac Engineering, a leading manufacturer of Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packaging machines, is

seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have

at least 3 years of sales experience in packaging machinery or a related industrial sector, with a proven track

record of achieving sales targets. The role requires both in-city and out-of-city travel to meet with potential

and existing clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the packaging machinery industry.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and other

packaging-related industries.

- Present and promote VFFS machines and related products to customers.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Client Engagement & Support:

- Visit clients both within Lahore and other cities across Pakistan.

- Understand customer requirements and work with the technical team to propose the right solutions.

- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service engineers for machine installation and maintenance

follow-up.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

- Stay updated with competitor products, pricing, and industry trends.

- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in packaging machinery, industrial equipment, or

related manufacturing sectors.
