Account Executive (Sales)

Unisoftwares is looking for a results-driven Account Executive (Sales) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage the full sales cycle, close deals, and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Engage with international clients and present SaaS solutions
  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines using CRM tools
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Follow up with leads and nurture prospects for conversion

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a closing role (B2B or SaaS preferred)
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-focused
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Comfortable working night shifts

What We Offer

  • Salary up to PKR 200,000 + commission
  • Night shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM), Monday to Friday
