Unisoftwares is looking for a results-driven Account Executive (Sales) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage the full sales cycle, close deals, and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Engage with international clients and present SaaS solutions
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
- Maintain and update sales pipelines using CRM tools
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects for conversion
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a closing role (B2B or SaaS preferred)
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Comfortable working night shifts
