Job Summary:

URGENT JOINER!!!!!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our growing F&B business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting compliance with statutory regulations. Experience in the F&B or hospitality sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable:
  • Process supplier invoices, verify purchase orders, and match receipts.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Daily Transactions:
  • Record and maintain all daily sales, cash, and bank transactions.
  • Reconcile POS (Point of Sale) system reports with bank and cash entries.
  • Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and daily collections.
  • Inventory & Cost Management:
  • Coordinate with the store/warehouse team to track inventory costs.
  • Support cost analysis for food and beverage consumption.
  • Reconcile stock reports with purchase and consumption data.
  • GST & Tax Compliance:
  • Prepare and file GST returns (monthly/quarterly).
  • Ensure TDS compliance and filing.
  • Assist in statutory audits and liaison with tax consultants.
  • Payroll Support:
  • Coordinate with HR and payroll teams for timely salary disbursement.
  • Maintain records of staff advances, reimbursements, and incentives.
  • Reporting & MIS:
  • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Generate reports for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience; F&B/hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling multi-location outlets.
  • Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Petpooja, Toast, POSist, or similar).
  • Knowledge of food costing and wastage tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
