We are looking for amazing, hard-working, hunter Advertising Account Executive to join our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Media Sales Account Executive to grow advertising revenue across our lifestyle print and digital platforms. This role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing client relationships while creating customized marketing solutions that align with our lifestyle magazine’s brand and audience.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a passion for sales, media, and storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new advertising clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
  • Develop customized, multi-platform advertising proposals (print, digital, sponsored content, email, social, etc.)
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Present media kits, audience data, and campaign strategies to clients
  • Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and design teams to execute client campaigns
  • Track pipeline activity and revenue forecasting in CRM
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Represent the magazine at community events and networking functions

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of media sales experience (print and/or digital preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising solutions (display, native, email, social, programmatic)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Experience

  • Background in lifestyle, luxury, fashion, hospitality, real estate, or local business advertising
  • Existing network of local or regional business contacts
  • Experience selling integrated marketing packages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
