Account Executive

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and contact potential clients to secure new business, increasing room nights and event revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing corporate accounts, travel agents, and partners.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate rates, contracts, and packages, ensuring profitability for the hotel or hospitality business.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales reports to prospective and current clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market demand to adjust sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or travel industry.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to identify trends and inform sales decisions.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Indeed +4
