Responsibilities

• Work with the Customer service team to provide best in class experience and maintain and improve on 98%+ seller rating.
  

• Monitor account health, performance and resolve issues that may arise, including order fulfillment and customer service.
  

• Work on pricing and brand protection

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience managing Amazon e-commerce channel at a brand or an agency.
  

• Proven e-Commerce strategist with a solid understanding of what drives growth in an online business.
  

• Experience with Amazon e-commerce SAAS tools
  

• Have a growth mindset with a desire to test new ideas to unlock new growth.
  

• Excellent data analysis skills and business acumen to turn analysis into insights and recommendations.
  

• Understanding of marketplace account operations, logistics, and associated fees.
  

• Must work collaboratively across the organization
  

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
